Each film coated tablet contains: 500mg of extract (as dry extract) from Sigesbeckia orientalis L.subsp. pubescens aerial parts (equivalent to 4-5g of Sigesbeckia oriwntalis L. subsp punescens (Makino) H. Koyama), Anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellos, sodium, stearic acid

***How to use***

**Step 1:** Remove the device and wrap from the plastic bags. To activate the device, peel the white adhesive tab back from the module. This will expose the silver-coloured push button. **Step 2:** Push the silver button and hold it down for about 2 seconds (you should hear a click). Once the device is activated, there will be a green LED light on the opposite side of the device. If the green LED light is not on, please repeat step 2.

**Step 3:** Position the wire loop directly over the area of pain and secure it with the Back Wrap. The therapeutic area is within the wire loop. For Best Results: Wear continuously until the pain diminishes or for a minimum of 8 hours daily. You may cover the silver-coloured push button with the white tab for storage.
