- Pirinase Hayfever Relief is used to treat the allergic symptoms of hay fever including sneezing, itchy and watery eyes and a runny, itchy or blocked-up nose, for up to 24 hours. 
- The active ingredient is fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid which, when used every day, has an anti-inflammatory action and works in a similar way to natural body chemicals to control inflammation. 
- This spray helps to control your body’s reactions to allergens (pollen) in the environment.

***Usage instructions***

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

- Shake gently before use.
- Use only in the nose.
- Adults aged 18 years and over: Usual dose – 2 sprays in each nostril, once a day. If your symptoms improve, use 1 spray in each nostril once a day.
- Do not use more than two sprays in each nostril per day. 
- Use the lowest dose possible to control your symptoms.  
- Children: Not for use by children under 18 years. 

If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days, or they are still not well controlled, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.


***Ingredients***

- Pirinase Hayfever Relief for Adults 0.05% Nasal Spray is an Aqueous Spray containing 0.05% w/w Fluticasone Propionate (50 Micrograms per Spray)
- Also contains: Dextrose (Anhydrous), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water, Dilute Hydrochloric Acid, Preservatives: Benzalkonium Chloride, Phenylethylalcohol


**Warnings and restrictions**

- Do not use if you are taking medicines for HIV. 
- Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to fluticasone propionate or to any of the other ingredients (listed in Section 6 of the information leaflet). 
- Do not use if you are under 18 years.



Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Pirinase Hayfever Relief:

- if you have an infection in your nose or sinuses 
- if you have a high temperature or you have recently had surgery, an injury or ulcers in your nose.

If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days, or they are still not well controlled, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. 

Do not use continuously for more than 1 month unless your doctor tells you to. 

Contact your doctor if you experience blurred vision or other visual disturbances, which could be caused by conditions such as cataract or glaucoma.   

Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.





***Taking other medicines***

- Do not use this medicine if you are taking medicines for HIV. 
- Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines – including medicines obtained without a prescription – particularly corticosteroid medicines (including eczema creams, asthma inhalers, tablets, injections, nasal sprays, and eye or nose drops).

**Product Information**

Used to treat the symptoms of hayfever (itchy or watery eyes, sneezing and a runny nose) and other allergies e.g. pet, house dust mite and mould spore allergies. They can also be used to relieve the rashes and itching of hives.

***Dosage instructions***

- Adults and children aged 12 years and over:  Swallow one tablet once a day. 
- Children aged 6 to 12 years:   Swallow half a tablet twice a day. 
- Children under 6 years: Not recommended. 

If you have kidney problems you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking these tablets as a lower dose may be required. 

Do not take more than the recommended dose. 

Do not give to children under 6 years. 

***Ingredients***

- Active ingredient: Each tablet contains Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10 mg.
- Other ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), macrogol 4000, titanium dioxide (E171) and polydextrose


**Warnings or Restrictions**

Do not exceed the stated dose.

May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery. 

Avoid alcoholic drink.

***Take special care with Piriteze Allergy Tablets:*** 

- If you have an intolerance to some sugars. 
- Be careful when drinking alcohol while using Piriteze Allergy Tablets. They can increase the effects of drinking. 
- Do not drive or operate machinery if the tablets make you feel drowsy. 
- At the recommended dose, Piriteze Allergy Tablets do not cause drowsiness in the majority of people. 

***Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking these tablets***

- if you have kidney problems as you may need to take a lower dose
- If you are epileptic or at risk of convulsions (fits). 
- If you are having an allergy skin test you need to wait 3 days after taking Piriteze Allergy Tablets. 
- If you have an enlarged prostate. It may increase the risk of having difficulty passing water.
- If symptoms persist.

***Do NOT take Piriteze Allergy Tablets:***

- If you have ever had an allergic reaction to antihistamines or to any of the other ingredients. 
- If you have severe kidney problems.

***Pregnancy and breast-feeding:***

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking these tablets.

***Taking other medicines***

Speak to your pharmacist or Dr if you are taking any other medication.

**Product information**

Opticrom Allergy helps relieve the eye irritation symptoms of hay fever, such as itching, soreness, watering, and redness. It contains the active ingredient sodium cromoglicate 2%.

***Dosage instructions:***

One or two drops in each eye four times a day, or as directed by your doctor.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist:
- If there is no improvement after 2 days of use
- Before using continuously for more than 14 days

***Ingredients***

- Contains Sodium Cromoglicate 2.0% w/v (active ingredient).
- Other ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium Edetate, Purified Water.

**Warnings or restrictions**

You may have blurred eyesight straight after using this medicine. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machines until you can see clearly.

Take special care with Opticrom Allergy if you wear soft contact lenses. 

- Please consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant, likely to get pregnant or are breastfeeding.
- Please consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are currently taking any other medicines, as this may cause an interaction.
- If you think you may be allergic to any of the ingredients contained in this medicine, please seek medical advice before taking it.

Do not use this medicine and tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to sodium cromoglicate, or to any of the other ingredients of Opticrom Allergy (listed in Section 6 of the information leaflet). 
Signs of an allergic reaction include a rash, swallowing or breathing problems, swelling of your lips, face, throat, tongue and worsening of redness, itching or swelling of the eye or eyelid.

Do not use this medicine if the above applies to you. 

If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Opticrom Allergy.

***Storage***

- Store below 30°C.
- Keep the bottle in the outer carton.
- Use within four weeks of opening.
