**Product Information**

Helps to naturally add bulk in your stool, making it easier to pass. This product is easy to use and comes in a tasty orange flavour to increase the fibre in your diet, helping your digestive system work more efficiently. 

It gently relieves constipation without straining or discomfort. This product is sugar and gluten-free and contains no chemical stimulants.

***How to use***

- Fill a glass with approximately 240ml cold water. 
- Pour in the required amount (see dosage below). 
- Stir well and drink straight away, preferably after meals. 
- Do not take without water. 
- This product should be taken at least 30 mins before or after taking other medicines and should not be taken immediately before going to sleep.  

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, preferably after meals.  

Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take half to one level 5 ml spoonful depending on size and age, morning and evening, preferably after meals.   

Children under 6 years: not recommended for children under 6 years of age. If symptoms worsen or if there is no bowel movement after 3 days of treatment, consult a doctor. 


***Ingredients***

- Each single-dose sachet contains 3.5g Ispaghula Husk. 
- Other ingredients are potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, ribofavin sodium phosphate, beta-carotene, aspartame (E951), orange flavour, saccharin sodium,
polysorbate 80 and silica colloidal anhydrous.

**Warnings or Restrictions**

If constipation continues or it there is persistent abdominal pain, consult your doctor. High-fibre products may interact with other medicines by altering their absorption.

Effective treatment for occasional or milder cases of constipation. It contains senna, which naturally controls and calms the situation so you can get on with your life without any irritation or uncomfortable moments. 

***Dosage instructions:***

- Take ONE or TWO tablets daily with a glass of water, preferably at night.  
- This is in order to allow the tablets to work overnight, as they can take up to 8 hours to work.  
- The tablets may also be used during the day instead.

***Ingredients***

- Each tablet contains powdered Alexandrian Senna fruit (pods) (Cassia senna L. (C.acutifolia Delile)) and Tinnevelly Senna fruit (pods) (Cassia Angustifolia Vahl) equivalent to 15mg hydroxyanthracene glycosides, calculated as sennoside B.
- Also contains calcium phosphate, maize starch, magnesium stearate and lactose monohydrate.

**Warnings or restrictions**

The tablets work by gently stimulating the gastrointestinal tract to contract to allow movement of stools. This can sometimes lead to abdominal cramping in some patients.

It is therefore not recommended to take this product while pregnant, due to the possibility of abdominal cramping.  You should therefore consult your doctor before use.  

If laxatives are needed every day or there are persistent abdominal pains, consult your doctor.

Do not take this product if you are under 18 years of age unless advised by a medical professional.
